Category: Balance-Extended Maintenance Program | Price: $40 per month | Plan Details: Subscription to unlimited SSP Balance to maintain improved regulated nervous system. |

Self-Pay Counseling Rates: $120 for each 50 minute individual counseling session.
For individuals who do not have healthcare coverage or prefer to have discreet mental health treatment separate from their physical health records. Payments are accepted by major credit cards or HSA. A superbill can be given to you for out-of-network Insurers.
Insurance
Our Counselors are credentialed with most major insurance companies. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
- Does my plan cover Tele-health sessions for behavioral health.
Payment
HSA and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a $50 no-show/late cancelation fee.
